Service Updates

Service Updates to Meet Your Needs

The pandemic continues to present COTA with a series of unprecedented mobility challenges. Yet, throughout these unique circumstances, we remain inspired by the ingenuity and tenacity of both our employees and our essential customers.

To help keep you safe, COTA implemented cutting-edge daily sanitization procedures that exceed industry standards. From fogging to intensely cleaning every surface, COTA employees are going the extra mile to prevent the spread of COVID-19. In addition to sanitization, all customers and employees are required to wear masks on transit vehicles, bus capacity is capped at 20 passengers and fares are suspended to allow for rear door boarding.

As we continue to navigate this rapidly changing environment, our COTA team is closely monitoring customer feedback and ridership data to implement safe, effective service changes.
