Working Together to Make a Difference

A Strong Team Can Do Even More

At COTA, our commitment to serving millions of people each year and our continued effort to strengthen our communities has helped us become one of the top public transit operations in the country. Achieving an honor like that takes hard work and commitment. It also takes an impressive group of partners. We strive to work with individuals and organizations that see COTA as an effective means of connecting people and places in ways that drive the local economy.

From educational outreach programs like COSI on Wheels, to the Compressed Natural Gas fueling station on McKinley Avenue serving COTA and City of Columbus vehicles, COTA continuously explores new ways to work with and serve area stakeholders. To us, it is proof that together we can all help move our community forward.

We remain focused on working with a diverse collection of partners that can assist us in delivering innovative ideas to transform and advance the region’s mobility. Some of our partners include:

  • City of Columbus
  • Mid-Ohio Regional Planning Commission (MORPC)
  • Suburban Central Ohio Cities
  • Center of Science and Industry (COSI)
  • Columbus Zoo
  • Capital Crossroads Special Improvement District
  • Hundreds of individuals and community organizations
  • Peer transit agencies
  • COTA Board members and employees
