COTA Announces Transit Reroutes this Saturday for Pelotonia

Central Ohio Transit Authority (COTA) is announcing a major reroute of transit service Saturday, Aug. 6 for Pelotonia.

 This weekend, thousands of bicyclists will embark on rides up to 200 miles to raise money for research in the fight against cancer. As a result, several streets will be closed and that will impact some COTA transit lines.

 On Saturday, Aug. 6, COTA Lines 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 22, 24, 25, 102, CMAX, Zoo Bus and AirConnect will be reroutes, mainly in the downtown area. These reroutes will begin at approximately 6:30 a.m. and will run through the early afternoon. This will also impact many transit stops in Downtown and East Columbus.

Reroutes are subject to change without notice due to traffic conditions and decisions made by event and transportation officials.
